Price failed to break out once already and returned to the Channel Down. Wait for a breakout, ideally above $4 resistance. (set a price alert). Pattern : Price is trading in a Channel Down pattern. With emerging patterns, traders who believe the price is likely to remain within its channel can initiate trades when the price fluctuates within its channel trendlines. With complete patterns (i.e. a breakout) – initiate a trade when the price breaks through the channel’s trendlines, either on the upper or lower side. When this happens, the price can move rapidly in the direction of that breakout. Trend : Downtrend across all time horizons (Short- Medium- and Long-Term). Momentum is Mixed as MACD Line is below MACD Signal Line (Bearish) but RSI ~ 50 (Neutral). MACD Histogram bars are rising, which suggests that momentum could be nearing another upswing. Support and Resistance : Nearest Support Zone is $3.00. The nearest Resistance Zone is $4.00, then $5.00, and $6.00.

At the moment APE price trades near to previous low and support line $3.086 level. I expect that price can break support level and fall down to $2.086 (37% drop, fibonacci 1.27 level). Then, I think price can bounce up from fibonacci 1.27 level and start to rise. And I think price can break resistance line and go higher. I set up my first target locate at the local high and resistance level $7.480 (orange line). Also, I think price can break resistance level and continue move up until resistance zone. APE scalp shortAs we are now seeing the third hit to the high on APE 1hr chart, it's decision time on whether they will continue to take price higher or whether we will see 3 levels of drop to the downside. At first glance, and especially when you look at how many longs they have trapped already, it appears like a clear opportunity for a short. We have to take a few things into consideration. Firstly, it's weekend and secondly it's XMAS. That usually means price will move at a snails pace and the interest will eat away at your short position. The worrying thing for me is that APE, and many other assets, look very 'bullish' on the daily chart and they may very well blast through this level and continue higher. I already opened a long at 3.540 as a hedge in preparation for this short opportunity so I have a little room to work with there if I do decide to open a small short. If they have the intention to take price lower, they will take it into the manipulation zone where they will stall and take plenty of time to do their dirty work.
