Synlait MilkCould see a bottom in the NZ Dairy market, why..... Dairy its their biggest export market.
This can also help the fight against inflation and also with GDP as they could see a cool off in the housing/construction market due to Rate hikes.
Also seeing A2 and Fonterra companies doing well this last week with good amount of volume and a nice Gap in price indicates to me strong buyers here.
Im gauging Synlait Milk could see a +100% gain poss within a year or 2. If that level holds and show signs of distribution, then we could possibly see a Head & Shoulders but i'll save that post for another day...
SM1 trade ideas
SM1 - Possible Change in trend?SM1 had been falling real hard until recently the price action showing that the Bulls may have stepped in. The break of the down trendline coupled with High Volume may be a sign that there has been a possible change in trend. There is also Bullish Divergence in MACD which makes me a Bull. Any retracement lower may be a very good buying opportunity with an initial target of $3.80. I would be watching price and wait for it to get into my Buy Zone of $2.85 - $3.05.

Uptrend Confirmed - Next Buying OppurtunityBullish trend confirmation indications:
1. Downtrend line broken.
2. Impulsive price action at the break of the trendline.
3. After the impulsive break, price is correcting the move slowly and in a choppy fashion.
4. Price has retraced to the 78.6 Fibonacci Retracement level.
5. Good Buying Opportunity if it closes positive or prints a Bullish candlestick pattern in the Buy Zone.

SMLWho Knows really the new Zealand Share market is the most fickal in the world if u ask me very little makes sense on an earnings to share price ratio it is ridiculous .
Companies earning $350 m a year year on year are at $3.50 pr share and a company that earns $20m is $10 ? how does that work ?
Anyway based on Forex trading this is the most probable chance i think it has broken Resistence it is pulling back and will have another run then pull back then have another run as they do then take profit at the top because everyone else does
The stupidis thing you can do is sit there and watch your money dissapear, take money off the table then look for next best probable move.
When it hits $10.20 Buy safer thing to do it is moving up WAIT let the market tell you what it is doing if it doesn't hit, don't buy.
$SM1 Weekly breakout to All time highs on Expanding VolumeSM1 is the supplier of the well known milk and infant formula maker a2milk. SM1 has recently broke out to new highs from a long base. Due to sector and stock strength, i expect the first pullback to be supported which may provide for an entry.
