Avalanche: Baby One More Time! 🎤Britney Spears’ voice seems to sound in the background, singing “Hit me, Baby, one more time”, while Avalanche approaches the orange zone between $70.58 and $58.31 one more time. We expect it to dive into the orange zone to finish wave C in green and wave ii in orange. Afterwards, Avalanche should rise upwards more sustainably, crossing the resistance at $98.77 in the process. In addition to Britney’s song, we should keep in mind, though, the 35% chance that Avalanche could drop through the orange zone and fall below the support at $53.16.

AVAXUSD close to starting a rally to $250.00Avalanche (AVAXUSD) has been trading below the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) for the past week, ever since the pull-back from the April 02 High. Even though that rattled the confidence of many market participants, there is no cause for concern as this was a short-term profit-taking correction within the larger Rising Wedge pattern on the long-term. The coin is coming off an Accumulation Phase similar to those of June - July 2021 and October - December 2020. The 1W MA50 (red trend-line) has been supporting for the past 8 months and the 1D LMACD is approaching a Bullish Cross formation. This is a bullish indicator mix, familiar with the previous Rise phases that led to Higher Highs on the Rising Wedge. The next Higher High is expected to be close to the 1.5 Fibonacci extension. How To : Momentum Shifts ( Key Set Ups) Hi Traders! Lets review 3 Trade SetUp For Key Momentum Shifts: For the past 28 years, I have been using three simple trades setups, that I'll explain in the video, to be selective in my trades and to identify key momentum shifts in the market. I hope these setups will be useful to you as well. High Frequency Traders and Professional Traders will often run retail trader stops by blowing through key support and resistance levels like round numbers only to reverse shortly afterwards. We must protect ourselves from these tactics and be careful not to chase a move or get stopped out. Recognizing and patiently waiting for one of these trade set up will help especially if you combined or recognize them with a chart formations like a double tops or head and shoulder pattern. Trade Setup 1: Cross above a key resistance, recross below = shift of momentum. The same setup can be used with a cross below a key support level. Trade Setup 2: Cross above a key resistance, recross below and a retest of the resistance with a Lower Higher = shift of momentum. This is my preferred setup. Trade Setup 3: 2 touches to a key resistance or 2 touches to a key support and entering on the 3rd touch for a 66% probability of successful trade. AVAX will go back to 97.2 $as we can see the chart is under the POC and from the Stochastic RSI it's trying to go up because it reached the higher low, but there is something we should consider from the volume profile, clearly there is a D shape. personally I don't recommend to trade in the area of a D shape or B shape, because it's an accumulation area and the price usually going random up and down, so if you wanna take a risk don't don't forget to respect the risk management and trade with a low amount hopefully the price will go to 97.2$
