Where should they go for cheap defi? Tron and Binance both have chains that regular users can afford. YEs they are not fully decentralized but they are great and they work well. Mass exodus from hype coins and going back into layer coins such as CARDANO (look at that amazing chart), possibly ether, BItcoin, Solana, EGLD. Look for Atom also
