MRK investing ideaHi everyone, here will be Merck and Company. This company produce pharmaceutical products from many diseases (including cancer, cardiometabolic and so on). Most of sales (40%) are in USA.
So, why i think, that this company is fine to long-term investing?
Reasons:
+ Dividend payments 3,3%
+ Payback ratio 2,1%
+ Good results of work (net margine - 14,7%)
+ Return on Invested Capital is better then WACC, that shows business eficiency
+ sharp growning of Research and Development cost comparing to the 2019.
+ Administrative costs become lesser with a growth of revenues
+ Accounts receivable become lesser too
+ Growth of producing equipment (buying other companies), company expect rising of saling products on markets
And now value of MRK is undervalued, so i think, at period of statements publication that will be strong growth in price, that will be good chance too. It will be usefull for long and short-term investment too.

MRK broke out from downtrend on an uptrendBroke out from bearish trend that started on 12 Jan currently on an uptrend. Will be retesting previous support levels of 78-79$.
Once that level is reached possible boring sideways trading until we retest previous levels of 83-84$.
Keep it on your watchlist.

$MRK 3-3-3 wxy?the structure looks obvious 3-3-3 within a larger 3 wave corrective structure from Merck's ATH
MRK bounce up from bottom of rangeMRK has been in a range since end of Dec'18 until now. Last week's bar was a doji at the bottom of the range. The Daily chart is showing me an inverted H&S with a potentially weak right shoulder i.e. buying pressure is strong!
Target profit 1 is a near resistance as well as 50MA i.e. $77 area.
Target profit 2 is the top of the range at $85 area. A little ambitious and loner term though.
