Hi Traders,
I'd like to introduce the System T, a computerized trading system that analyzed and backtested the 20 years history data of over 100 markets.
This post is my sharing of how I think about systematic trading and the signals generated by the System T.
(This is my opinion only, NOT the financial advice.)
The System T is a comprehensive system which contains many components such as buy & sell signal generator, win & loss statistics, risk control & portfolio management to make sure trading is successful in the long run.
Basically, for the system to open a trade and manage risk, it only needs a buy signal & a stop-loss signal clearly on the chart.
Once the system finds a good trend, it will ride it as long as possible. The stop-loss will be adjusted accordingly to the new price movement.
(*) Remember to follow this trade idea and follow my profile to get updates about the stop-loss adjustment and sell signal based on the latest price and market conditions daily.
System T performances above will give you an idea of how it performs in the last 20 years.
Notice that this result was achieved only if I strictly followed the rule: "Only and Always Buy & Sell based on the System Signals".
Don't sell when there is no sell signal as we all want to follow the good trends til the end like everything in life does. \(^-^)/
Also, my system is extremely diversified through over 100 markets so that it only risks less than -1% of the total capital per trade.
Thank you and good luck!

Up then down or down then up ?If you need a story to support the gap up, here it is !
Now, the price action is at a dilemma. Above it , there is a gap down awaiting to be filled up. Below, there is a gap up also awaiting for a pull back to be filled. Which will it fill up first ?
When market opens tonight, watch the 1H chart and see how the price action determine the direction. It could go further up first to close the gap before coming down to fill the one below. Or , it could have a correction by closing the gap up and then go further up.
Usually, when I am unsure, I watch the chart first and let it tells me where it wants to go. I do not look at fundamentals so you need to factor that into consideration. If you are comfortable with this stock and think it is still undervalued, then you might want to give it a shot. Else, wait for the chart to tell you what to do.
Or it could be just up and up leaving the gap below to be filled many months/years later. A good example is EURUSD where the 1.07-1.08 gap was not filled for many months. After it was filled up recently, it went up like a rocket , non-stop charging.
There is no need to pre-empt the market direction , we are not fortune tellers but traders so we follow the market. A simple rule that many (including me) that finds its hard to adhere to from time to time. We like to prove ourselves right even if it is just once and then kick ourselves for being stubborn, a smart aleck, curse and swear, haha. It is ok if this happens once in a blue moon, after all , we are humans run by emotions.
But to make this a habit and having the need to be proven right is important to you, then either you are clairvoyant or a gambler. Trade safely, this is a marathon not a 100m dash. Take your time, you only have to answer to yourself , not others. Compare your own last results and if you are happy, that is good enough. No need to compare with others.

Potential play on UNHDaily support held for UNH in confluence with the 2/1 Gann which I would argue is solid confirmation that the trend remains intact. UNH was due for a correction so this is the kind of support we like to see especially after beating earnings and an sell-off throughout the market. Despite good fundamentals, they might not have been as good as investors wanted but its typical for bulls to find another grasp shortly after (examples: NKE, BABA, DIS, etc...). Resistance levels in yellow with most recent high and the ATH, $302 and $287, respectively. The fib retracement on this chart is more applicable to the hourly than the daily so watching momentum on the 1hr and 30min might expose some better entry points. Fib extension is more relative to the long-term, or at least to next quarter's earnings. Watching short term momentum for target 1 and then a confirmed breakout past $302 for target 2...
UNH,a tale of two Democrats.UNH has been on an absolute tear since Nov, however we are approaching a political crossroads. On FEB 3, the democratic primaries will have their first real contest. With a tough race between the Bern and Sleepy Joe, UNH's fate is in the balance.
Bernie leading Biden 27% to 23%, and with a Bernie win, UNH loses, it will easily fill that gap. On the other hand, If Bernie loses UNH easily returns to ATH.
I am going to drop a strangle here, probably turn into a spread after.
FYI this can be played with just about any Healthcare Instrument, or you can use the XLV (Healthcare ETF). I just find UNH tends to deliver higher beta.
Let me know what you guys think!
UNH – Short-term Bearish Entry - One Week HoldI will be placing an order with specs below on Monday.
Trade Entry
Jan. 10 expiry. 285/290 Call credit spread for credit of $3.25 or more. Max gain is credit received $325. Max loss is $175. Exit before expiry. This trade will end before earnings.
One leg of this trade is 78% POP. Other leg is 57%. Total probability of profit is 70%. Good.
If UNH closes on 1/10 below $285, the full credit $325 is kept.
Stops - If price goes above $292 this is invalid.
Exit - 50% profit or greater. Keep to expiry if everything still going down below $285.
Chart Details
Almost a double-top ($2 difference). I consider less than $1 difference true double-top.
Bearish EMA cross and bearish 10WeekMA cross will confirm downtrend.
Pattern may go down to fill gap providing other entries.
I am not sure how UNH will act around earnings, so trade will expire before earnings.
If earnings are negative, we can continue down.
If earnings are positive, we will have a good reference point for bullish entry.

UNH - DAILY CHART Hi, today we are going to talk about the UnitedHealth Group and its current landscape.
UnitedHealth is poised to receive increasing attention from the market as relevant events are taking place. The healthcare company can be benefited from the implied move that Congress will repeal three key Obamacare aspects related to the health industry taxes as part of fiscal 2020 spending bills. News that can boost UnitedHealth next year.

UNH next trade setupUnited health has reached our previous target, now up 33% from the bottom. We see a breakout on the cards for UNH but maybe a slight pause and consolidation beforehand.
The RSI is very high and 1.272 Fib expansion target may prove to be a stumbling block.
The overall technicals remains very strong as does the Fundamentals.
