Echeverría Izquierdo SA is a holding company, which engages in the business of engineering, construction, and real estate development. It operates through the Engineering and Construction, Shared Services and Real Estate Development segments. The Engineering and Construction segment comprises of large-scale concrete structures, projects that require electromechanical work, bridges, special-foundation work, soil and road remediation, and office and home construction. The Shared Services segment focuses on the supply of administration and management services to companies, which in turn they provide commercial services on their own and / or for others, Chilean or foreign. The Real Estate Development segment is focused on managing the real estate activity, mainly participating in housing projects. The company was founded by Fernando José Echeverría Vial, Álvaro Izquierdo Wachholtz, and Francisco Silva Wachholtz Johnson in 2007 and is headquartered in Santiago, Chile.
