The company through its subsidiary invests in shares of Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. and other related companies that specialize in the fertilizer, iodine, and industrial chemical markets. It also engages in the investment of money or securities in incorporeal assets such as stocks, bonds, debentures, shares or savings or capitalization, in shares or interest in partnerships or any other nature and in all kinds of titles or securities, investment of money or securities in all kinds of movable and immovable property, the administration of these investments, and the perception of the profits or gains of the same investments. The company was founded on July 1, 2011 and is headquartered in Las Condes, Chile.
