The Transaction Management segment refers to all the properties for which, in the normal course of the Group’s operations, it performs a purchase and sale transaction or provides a service. The Asset Management segment relates to properties managed by the Group from which returns are obtained, or to the management of properties on behalf of third parties. The company was founded by Luis Hernández de Cabanyes in 1991 and is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
