RBLX bullishRoblox looks extremely bullish right now. I bought on the breakout of the large consolidation and price has been riding the upper monthly bollinger bands. You see the expansion just starting on the lower bollinger band? Oh my, that is beautiful. The last 4 quarters of free cash flow margin have been very impressive (Q4 23' 10.4% / Q1 24' 24% / Q2 24' 12.5%/ Q3 24' 23.7%), Q4 should be another great print. The three levels i'm looking for would be:
Fib .618 - $95
Fib .786 - $115
Fib 1.618 - $215
Many seem to be viewing this name as a short term trade, but i see much more long term potential here.

- it's a name i'd feel comfortable fading with 2-3x the size if the stock pops and it's a name where i'd keep the short exposure on such that it sinks
- getting 2% fcf yields for a consumer-growth-exposed name where the stock seems to be showing diff trends than the underlying... seems like a good funding short for the moment
- i should put "fcf" in quotes though, given the immense, almost egregious amount of stock based comp coming out of this thing

DE ratio also indicates RBLX is heavily leveraged which could lead to damaging long-term health. However, recently PB and PS indicated high growth potential from an investor viewpoint and investor bullishness. DE dropped drastically from 2023 to 2024 indicating a shift of long-term to short-term debt. This indicates that RBLX is shifting from a long-term viewpoint into shorter-term viewpoint which could be indication of a strategic shift. For RBLX, this would mean a takeover of other game companies and further solidify market dominance with increasing and developing userbase (younger), subscription model, and simulated ecosystem. Possible retracement from market sentiment and debt obligations, but then bullish continuance.

The stock was listed due to the gap and a smooth, non-volatile movement at the beginning of trading session.
Technical analysis.
Daily chart: Uptrend. There is an attempt to update 59.80 2-years high after a small pullback. The level is not marked on the chart, since the price did not show a significant reaction to it during the trading session.
Premarket : Gap Up on moderate volume.
Trading session: The stock continued its upward trend movement after an unsuccessful attempt to go below the opening price. The price met significant resistance at the level 60.00 after passing the level 59.19. After a sharp pullback, the price quickly returned to the level and entered a half-hour accumulation with a smooth tighten. We are considering a long trade.
Trading scenario: breakout (tightening) of level 60.00
Entry: 60.04 aggressive entry into the breakout with a small reserve for slippage. We do not expect a retest since accumulation with tightening is usually accompanied by a strong impulse movement.
Stop: 59.85 we hide it behind the last tail of the tightening.
Exit: After the breakout, we observe an impulse movement without a trend structure. It is optimal to take profit in parts for such movements upon reaching certain target RR profit (1/3, 1/4, etc.) with subsequent tightening of the stop. For example, we close part of the position upon reaching RR 1/3, with the continuation of the movement we pulled the stop to the profit level of 1/3, etc.
