RBLX Long term Price TargetsPurely technical analysis, do your own DD on fundamentals. I personally like the fundamentals given that Roblox is the 28th most visited site in the world and has an exponentially growing user base. This is mainly technically based.
Few things you should watch for in the next 4 quarters:
- Yellow (27 DEMA) line is defended above Orange (129 DEMA) line
- Interaction with the IPO aVWAP
You really dont have a long term confirmation until three things happen:
1: Yellow ema (or price) moves above and comes back to check the orange ema as it moves up to support
2: Price starts trading above the IPO aVWAP
3: Price is accepted above 2022 Value area.
I will come back every few weeks to update this, but, short of a market crash, I like this bet.
This is a play for shares, you can do some options strategies if you buy an insane amount of time, but you'd likely have a better entry point in a few months.
I will close this if it ever becomes invalidated, we are not going to get married to this trade in the short term. If you want to invest long term (>4-5 years), these prices aren't bad.
