Viewing this mainly as a short opportunity but keeping my eye open to the upside as well. Looking for bearish structure to continue to develop on the 4h timeframe. Moving up to the Daily timeframe I'd like to see a wick lower than the previous day's low at 120.64 before considering this bearish, and preferably with a close below the 120.64 level. The weekly timeframe does not have bearish structure and has not broken down bullish structure, however; there is a strong bearish candle, the structure is just being respected at the top of the zone at 121.00. Bears should be looking for momentum to continue through this zone to breakdown tomorrow or sometime next week.

FND - B wave pivot to head and shouldersSomething a bit different from the 5th wave pivot. This B wave pivot from the bottom range of a rising wedge may result in the formation of the top right shoulder of a head and shoulder pattern. Worth watching for two reasons. The b wave up and the c wave correction.

Of the last 16 weeks we have seen 13 of them finish green. Daily and weekly show massive bullish momentum and structure. Chart is a bit messy with all the levels, would pay most attention to structural highs and lows on the Daily/4H timeframes and the buy/sell zones I have drawn. Some of the previous zones are labeled for reference when price begins to pullback. There was a range on the daily timeframe where I did not zone the areas as it would have been too messy to navigate on the charts. I did label areas I looked at when price was peaking out of the zone in both directions. Bulls can enter on new structural highs or a pullback to $107.50, however; the lowest I could see a pullback being would be around $101.80 even though I would consider this highly risky to then enter a long. Bears might be looking for early entries on a low timeframe breakdown below $119.00 at the earliest; safely bears would have to look below $107.50 until new price movement develops.

Up/Down volume ratio have not recovered above 1 yes since the earning gap down but price reclaiming 50 MA on a good size pocket pivot bar is an indication institutions are accumulating here vs distributing the stock.

I bought the cheat of the 50 MA on the 29th and got stopped out breakeven on the 5th (dashes on the chart). So essentially I was part of that handle shakeout you read about in books :).

It is in a bullish configuration with a bear candle followed by a shadow and a high volume number emitted in the session. On the TIMEFRAME 1Min we observed a bull trait which makes us say that we remain in the bullish trend on this one. In this situation we are going to break the VWAP and climb on the top that follows. Then go breakout the balance zone and arrive in a new one to make a new all-time high.

I will like to cross 62.7 levels (Feb High)
If that happens with volume nad green bar breakout then possibly we are in a rider for 15 to 20 $.
50day EMA is above the end of handle. so as of now that that can be kept as a stop loss if and when a buy comes.
Earnings is in August so possibly could breakout before that, if market does not fall.
FND BreakoutFND has tested resistance at the $58.5 level 4+ times. Looking for a breakout trade towards $62. The hourly chart has had a bullish EMA crossover as well.
