What I'm Now Watching in Tech (Nasdaq-100)I am so impressed that the Nasdaq-100 is up over 30% heading into the holiday months. Also, there are so many headwinds blowing at it. I don't anyone saw this happening! Most people I know are bearish. A very smart investor I know says "Pessimists sound smart, but optimists make money." Whether it's rising rates or volatile tweets, it appears to be a challenging year, and yet, the Nasdaq-100 has defied the odds. It's surprised many. Can it continue? I've added a simple trend line that I'm watching in tech, a chart of NASDAQ:QQQ , and some arrows to showcase the validity of this trend line. Rejection after rejection. Lower high after lower high. There seems to be supply above. Thus, I have to ask: Will something give? Or will it breakout again? I'll use this trend line as my guide going forward. I currently am long some tech, but also being a bit cautious with the headwinds our there. Let's see what happens next.

QQQ IS FLASHING MIXED SIGNALSThe Qs could face a significant test in the coming days, will it hold above our 366 price level at the 50 DMA & potentially flip 373 as support? Or is a retest of 349 coming? So far on our indicators, we are seeing a MACD flip bullish & the stochastic RSI gain strength However we did experience a significant correction this morning after topping out at 373, this price action tells me we could be in trouble for the short term We will be paying close attention to price action within our descending channel illustrated above

$QQQ The Precipice?We are nearing a meaningful trigger on the daily at cost basis above. This is in confluence with our downtrend channel. Tomorrow We will utilize the PBS to take QQQ to 375.50 if our levels above are reclaimed. If we stop and chop the rest of the day BUT HOLD the daily floor as reference, then next week will be above CB and we are looking for the 380s. Otherwise, the box we left is a box to retest, and with today momentum behind us, it is a possibility.

Our goal is to find a low support point and enter. It can be referred to as buying at the pullback point. The pullback point can be found with a Fibonacci extension of 61.80%. This is a step to find entry level. 1) Find a triangle (Fibonacci Speed Fan Line) that connects the high (resistance) and low (support) points of the stock in progress, where it is continuously expressed as a Slingshot, 2) and create a Fibonacci extension level for the first rising wave from the start point of slingshot pattern. When the current price goes over 61.80% level , that can be a good entry point, especially if the SMA 100 and 200 curves are gathered together at 61.80%, it is a very good entry point. As a great help, tradingview provide these Fibonacci speed fan lines and extension levels with ease. So if you use the Fibonacci fan line, the extension level, and the SMA 100/200 curve well, you can find an entry point for the stock market. At least you have to enter at this low point to avoid trading failure, and if you are skilled at entering this low point, with fibonacci6180 technique, your reading skill to chart will be greatly improved. If you want to do day trading, please set the time frame to 5 minutes or 15 minutes, and you will see many of the low point of rising stocks. If want to prefer long term range trading, you can set the time frame to 1 hr or 1 day.
