QS next week movingQS has very strong momentum. In my opinion, there are three setups for next week.
Short Opportunity on QuantumScapeFundamentals have changed since our recent rally, and not in QuantumScape's favor. Toyota has announced groundbreaking news on the state of their Solid State Batteries, and will reveal a new vehicle utilizing the tech next year. When we first heard of QuantumScape's news, it seemed groundbreaking. Now, drastically less so... we just had not heard from other market leaders on the topic for some time. The mania which drove this stock to such extreme valuations here (no revenue expected for 2+ years, mass production 4-5) is likely to break down and I expect it to safely revisit previous highs for support.
There could be a bit of a fight in the $66 range, as it is a local low, but don't expect it to hold for long (if it even does). Attention will surely shift away from this stock (watch for falling volume) and re-stabilize the price at more attractive accumulation levels for long-term investors. Long-term buyers should know that Shares Outstanding are vastly underreported due to IPO taking place through a SPAC, so market caps on common sites (Yahoo Finance, Google) are horribly inaccurate (which attentive investors are aware of). Stop loss can be set even tighter than where I indicate, and profits can be taken at trendline support.

with the lithium metal batteries development for EV - this stock EXPLODED in the last month, i will not expand here about their innovative technology as its irrelevant after this rise i want to explain the technicals which are very relevant for today and this week in general
so, we are looking at a huge volume surge and a very strong first stage of the impulse wave -the stock is very extended and premarket today is 25% UP!!! huge!
Pay attention to the POC (point of control) pointing to the 50$ line on an hourly chart (image below ).
expect the correction to be towards the 60$ line TODAY - so if you are holding the stock, I would say STRONG SELL cash out on profits and jump back in after stage 2 of correction
we still have a lot of upside here -and this stock in my opinion will cross 125 by FEB 2021!
so, to sum up:
Exit trade today -limit order premarket take profits and RUN!
Re-enter at the 55 -60$ line after correction and take it all the way to 85$
this stock in a long term is a HOLD and it will make us much more money i believe so stay on it and stay tuned :)
