REXR trade ideas
REXR Short entry around $53This comes from my dowsing work and suggests some kind of pop higher to the $53 area. It might get to $55, but I think 53 is the likely zone to expect a reversal down.
I also get a date of November 24th last year. Lots of times I get old dates as a price reference for a target area. So that's the 2 lines on the chart which are roughly the high and low of that date. The lower target was based on what my dowsing indicated as the target reached.
It could be it never hits, but I get that it does.
The 47 area may see a bounce or something, but plenty of times they also just get busted. Less often they are not hit at all.
REXR another likely additionI have been eying REITs for a while, I usually do not like real estate exposure in this manner though. This chart looks great for my usual contraction setup. I reviewed the website, the companies California holdings in an expanding market, the balance sheet, and earnings and I am impressed. I see at least a 40% upside on this stock and actually like it even more than ADC. This alongside ABT are strong considerations for larger weighting additions, these should be relatively safe leading into rate cuts since they arent overvalued like QQQ and offer a different market exposure.

Based on the study of the previous quarterly earnings reports and subsequent price moves:
- Current quarter has given price move to the LOW TARGET
- Expectation for the price to move to MID or HIGH TARGET, and generally observe LOW TARGET support
- Trailing stop-loss on price above MID point
Heiken Ashi Candles are consolidating, but already turning bullish on 4hr along with FAST MACD indicator
Waiting a little longer for confirmation and entry would be ideal.
