TRIP to further correctTRIP is doing very bad. With countless technical mistakes the stock is poised to drop towards 25 or lower, also confirmed on 'weekly' and 'monthly'. The stock was not able to remain above two major lows, and therefor is now required to retest the all-time low. Not much is needed to add to this as this chart speaks for itself.

Tripadvisor - TRIP INCKeep it simple!
Looking at TRIP on the Monthly we can see an important range at 29-30 was held, showing strong signs of support (Green box). This was the buy zone I told people about. From here we have seen a 6% rise and looks like it is on route for the first profit target (Orange box) at 34. This trade I have set three major profit targets (orange boxes), where I will be mostly out of the trade by the third profit target. This stock had good signs of a risk to reward ratio and seems to be paying off so far!

TAKING A RIDE WITH TRIPADVISOR INC INTO EARNINGS Contrarian may be wrong way to trade but in this case, TRIP is so hated it may actually be time to step in for what would be a very rewarding trade.
Fundamentals really have little influence on this as there is nothing positive to really cling to.
Technically the chart is showing some bullish divergences and the selling volume is starting to reduce considerably, maybe the bottom is in as it has also hit a strong support level.

"While we expect hotel shopper growth...and overall to look worse in 1Q19 as the company continues to pull back on marketing, we think the company could lay out a multi-year outlook to underscore its confidence in long-term growth, incorporating some of these drivers of medium term growth," he wrote. "Moreover, we think TripAdvisor's Attractions and Restaurant business can continue to grow rapidly for the next several years, eventually helping drive overall top line growth." It is hoped that thriving US economy will have stimulated spending in the leisure and travel industry.
