These companies belonged to four prominent business groups - Tatas, Khataus, Killick Nixon and F E Dinshaw groups. Today, ACC Limited is a member of the LafargeHolcim Group. ACC is one of India’s leading producers of cement and ready-mix concrete. In 2005, ACC became part of the Holcim Group of Switzerland. Subsequently, in 2015, Holcim and Lafarge came together in a merger to form LafargeHolcim – the global leader in building materials and solutions. Ambuja Cements hold 50.05% stake, while HOLDERIND INVESTMENTS LTD holds 4.48% stake in the company, respectively. It has over 6,600 employees, 17 cement manufacturing sites, 80 concrete plants, 9 Captive power plants, and a nationwide network of over 56,000 channel partners. It has an aggregate cement capacity of 33.05 mtpa. Ita world-class R&D center is located in Mumbai. The company has 170 patents.

ACC - Weak Price ActionThe price structure looks weak and there is a probability that the stock can fall further towards 1730- 1710 levels. To continue weakness, should sustain below 1900 levels. Immediate resistance is around 1860 The trend change level is 1900.
