BEL - The new cat for the bulls. Bharat Electronics, broke the important resistance line. The significant point note is the couple of formations (cup and handle and Inv Head and Shoulder) that it has printed in this journey. Earlier occasion also it did try 120 and corrected towards the 90 handle. Now the higher base is around 108 (for medium term buyers) and near term the 118.00 handle remains as stops. Buy side is preferred as the stock has much higher potential to print (part of the Secular PSU and Make in India movement). Stay Long
BEL Price action BEL seems to come out of box along with making a reverse head and shoulder pattern. Trade with targets of upto 170 , keeping stop loss at level of right shoulder i.e. around 88. The company also seems to improve fundamentally with healthy dividend payout , almost debt free and increased cash flow and assets.

TL break and successful retest.
Successfully sustained above 120 with increasing volumes.
Go long at 126 with SL of 115-120(Daily closing basis)
Target:- 150+
