Despite recent fines and underperformanceDespite recent fines and underperformance Citi maybe be forming a potential bottom. Bank shares seem to be on the rise so there can be sector tailwinds for the name. Director Jay Jacobs has made the largest public stock purchase in over 5 years. Although the narrative on financials seems to be more positive we will let the model signal when to buy.
Citi looking bullish with strong earning results$C posted good results with a strong bullish projection on the PEAD Cone, Price is currently trading on the lower end of the cone looking to push higher towards the median line.
Citigroup- adding , adding, addingAdding this stock to my portfolio. May go down to about $30 a share. I will purchase a lot when we are there.

$C - can it do it? $BAC and $C are not as bad as $WFC but not as good as $AXP - watching them closely
$AXP and $MC definitely have the buyers at this point. Buffet moving funds from $WFC to $C maybe a tiny boost to get this to pick up a bit more

CI will try this long in C again (after getting stopped out last time with a small profit), but only at the bottom of this broadening formation around $47.8 - $48. Targeting a quick return to the top of the formation around $56-$57 with a lotto call. Included a comp to 2014 to show what this MAY look like.
