I am counting a clean 5 waves down and see a strong ABC rally phase like that in 2000 then we dropped about 30% in the first leg down followed by a huge Bearish rally back up first leg up moved to the 50% retracement and then had a abc down for wave b of B to be followed up to .618 of the decline to form THE B Wave TOP . $MAGS Monthly Chart Signals Caution: What’s Next for the MagnifiMacro Outlook Based on the Monthly Chart ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ The Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF CBOE:MAGS has had an incredible run, but the monthly chart is sending some cautionary signals. December closed with a massive sell-off wick, followed by a weak January close. This kind of price action suggests potential exhaustion in the near term. The last time we saw a similar setup was in July, when a sharp sell-off wick led to a 23% drop before the market resumed its upward trend. Does this mean CBOE:MAGS has to plummet again? Not necessarily, but with market uncertainty around the tariff war and the monthly chart showing signs of stagnation, a steeper retrace could be on the horizon before any further upside. It’s possible we’re seeing a temporary top for now. Short-Term Outlook: As long as price holds above the yearly open, I expect a retest of the $57 resistance level. MAGS - LONGTook a several longs today , I may be painfully wrong but I think there was a last minute sentiment change in the market today. I started the day thinking we still had at least a bit more of a measured move down vs QQQ recent price action but did my best to try to respond to the market and wound up buying this . Then it moved in my favor enough and I made a decision to keep the full position on . Bit of a risk , but so is everything ( plus my only full carry over ), really hoping to see some traction next week vs longs that present . I am going to note the trade details in comments. And for that matter any future MAGS entries and exits for year ..
