ACN | Very overbought and due for a drawbackACN looks to have run really hot over the past few days. RSI is overbought (78) and the stock is trading almost 20% premium to its 200-day MA. It is also at the top of a rising wedge channel that it has been charting since March 2020. The stock has many areas of support to trade down to, 280$ being the strongest of the lot. I would be adding significantly if it were to trade down to this level. Interestingly Volume has remained significant despite the ATHs. I keep loving this name for long-term investment purposes. ACN | Primed for a healthy pull-backHey all! So ACN looks primed for a healthy pull-back after legging up since the beginning of March. We can see a pretty indecisive range around the 290$ mark, which signalled a temporary top for this stock. Furthermore, we can see this long-term rising wedge being tested, and a break-down could trigger a consolidation phase. My best bet would be a very light 4-5% pullback to the 268$ range. If this level doesn't hold, we could see a retracement down to the 200-day SMA around 250$, providing a nice 11% discount to current prices. ACN | Text book price actionACN has been giving us text book price action recently. Over the past couple months we have seen price consolidate in an ascending triangle / pennant formation. Breakout on the 11th March gave the stock momentum to trade to new ATHs through March. It has since been forming a perfect bull flag. ACN | Ascending triangle, EarningsHi all, ACN has done well out of it's ER from last week - growth numbers were solid and constant, and in general management has never really disappointed in its Strategy and Execution. On the 1D chart, we can see an ascending triangle forming since the end of October 2020. This pattern usually skews to the Bullish side. However, the double top @270$ gives us a level which we need to watch closely before confirming this bullish move. ~295$ price target by this summer if the stock reacts well and pops from this triangle to the upside.
