PEP bounce for the week of 02/22/2021PEP has been trending down since the beginning of this year, and is currently skirting along the bottom of the channel after an earnings miss earlier this month. The current RSI value at around 25 on the hourly timeframe places PEP firmly within oversold territory. Given PEP is currently oversold and resting on a historical support line, a move back up to the 135 resistance is likely and a breakout to 140 is possible, though rejection at either the 135 resistance or the top of the channel could signal a continuation of the broader downward trend.

After looking at their financials the main thing I noticed in comparison with Coke was the NET MARGIN%. Pepsi ranged from 10.32% to 12.66% while Coke (9.95%to 9.03%). These were quarterly comparisons and it tells me that Coke isn't profiting as much as they could be compared to other market leaders. Even though both Pepsi and Coke will strip their Super Bowl Ads, Pepsi will still sponsor the halftime show! Technical Analysis Stochastic RSI: White line is rising up towards the green line yet, still at a low point on the indicator which means price could be retesting the current resistance zone. Fibonnaci: Ranged from the potential "Current Support Zone" to the "Current Resistance Zone". I'm looking for a retracement of the previous high being $147.37. I'm expecting a retracement of anywhere between 30% and higher. MacD Squatter: White line is still below the zero line and momentum is losing strength. Tells me that price could be moving up. PEPSI-CO video top-down AnalysisHello everyone, if you like the idea, do not forget to support with a like and follow. on DAILY: PEPSI is sitting around strong supply in blue and all-time-high so we will be looking for sell setups on lower timeframes. on H1: PEPSI formed an objective trendline in red so we are waiting for a new swing to form around it to consider it our new trigger swing.
