$SPCE - Virgin Galactic - Value Hail Mary?Fundamental Play:
Current Price of NYSE:SPCE is at $2.77 with 35.53million shares outstanding giving it a current valuation of just around $98,500,000.
SPCE has over $600 million in cash Reserves as of December 2024.
Cash Value vs. Market Cap
Cash and equivalents: ~$657 million
Current market cap: ~$98 million
That’s ~6.7x more cash than the company’s total market value.
This means: If Virgin Galactic liquidated today and no other liabilities existed, shareholders could theoretically walk away with more than 6x the current share price. That’s an extreme case and not practical — but it gives a sense of undervaluation from a liquidation perspective
Remember the company still has negative earnings, is burning cash rapidly ($115 to $125m a quarter), and has uncertain future revenues so there is room for a lot of speculation. They would need some extra funding or start making revenue soon. Very risky stock at the moment with an over 70% chance of bankruptcy.

SPCE trade ideas
Virgin Galactic Wave Analysis – 26 March 2025
- Virgin Galactic reversed from the resistance area
- Likely to fall to support level 3.000
Virgin Galactic recently reversed down from the resistance area between the key resistance level 4.45 (which has been reversing the price from February), the resistance trendline of the daily down channel from November, 50% Fibonacci correction of the downward impulse from January and the upper daily Bollinger Band.
The downward reversal from this resistance area started active wave 3 – which belongs to wave (5) from November.
Given the strong downtrend, Virgin Galactic can be expected to fall to the next support level 3.000, which stopped the previous wave 1.
SPCE: Expected Rebound, but More Upside PotentialAs anticipated, SPCE (Virgin Galactic) has reacted within the key Fibonacci zone, between the 1.618 level ($3.41) and the 1.786 level ($2.92), triggering a strong rebound. Our first target is set at $6.16, followed by $7.05, where partial profit-taking could occur.
However, the stock still has more room to rise, with potential for further upside if volume supports and key resistances are broken. We continue to closely monitor the price structure to confirm the trend’s continuation. 🚀📈
SPCE class a bullish divergence + falling wedge? On the weekly we see very obvious bullish divergence. There's also a falling wedge like structure forming during the same period.
Arguably, it's about to form a double bottom on the daily as well.
I see at least some upside. As for targets, i didnt set any yet except I'll be taking out half at some point to secure the gains.
Posting idea for the first time and through app, sorry if out of place ❤️
SPCE - Falling Wedge BreakoutNice looking falling wedge at the lows here inside of the bigger picture, which is the right angled and descending broadening formation.
First move would be a retest of the top of the structure at 4.95, and partial decline typically, with a measured move target into 6$
Youve got a lower target as well for the Cypher / Falling wedge around 5.30, and potential for an extension move eventually into the external 1.618 but not real confident in the actual company here, so this is one ill approach slowly and DCA as low as 4.13.
There was a partial decline there locally, so statistically, we should favor a break higher locally from here.
Eternal PainWill Virgin Galactic ever provide share holders with anything but pain?
The board is no help as they continue to issue more shares. However; there is a potential bright future.
Currently the equity value of the company is lower than the liquidation value of the firm. The enormous cash burn is slowing as most of the capex necessary for flights is ready to go. Given their booking backlog, once they start a solid rhythm a lot of cash is going to be generated.
Look at their most recent investor presentation. With conservative estimates when (if) regular flights begin one spaceport will generate $500m per annum in EBIT [ ] With profits and any sort of multiple on earnings the future could be galactic.
My hopium induced reason for owning this since $5.90 is one day in the next 3-5 years this could be a legitimate 100+ bagger. Space is the ultimate growth arena and with SpaceX focused on mars and industrial matters, Blue Origin no where to be found, the moat is large and the industry is wide open.
High Wave CandleHigh Wave Candle formed at key support level.
Bottom indicator flashing, saying bottom is in or forming.
Stochastic RSI and RSI in oversold zones.
CCI recently moving from -200 level.
If price closes higher than the High Wave Candle, that could be possibly, possibly the start of and upward trend.
Please be safe share thoughts below.
$SPCE - up or down?In my view NYSE:SPCE stopped a current phase of falling down and forming the plato, which will be a fundament for the next steps. We will be observing a huge profitable company for patient investors during the next years. In my point of view, as well, that it can bring till the x100 in the ending of the growth phase.
Goal for the end of 2024 is 4-4.5.
Does not constitute a recommendation.

SPCE (Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc.) BUY TF D1 TP = 24.46On the D1 chart the trend started on Aug. 9. (linear regression channel).
There is a high probability of profit taking. Possible take profit level is 24.46
This level, which I have outlined above, is certainly not a “finish” level. But it is the level that has the “highest percentage of hits on target.”
Using a trailing stop is also a good idea!
Please leave your feedback, your opinion. I am very interested in it. Thank you!
Good luck!

SPCE, Price is preppin for a SPACE FLIGHT soon!!! SPCE is amassing massive net buy positions this past few days/weeks. It has registered +40% increase in net volume, from 66M to 95M. Buyers are back into the scene after the company has battled a longterm decline in its price from its peak at 62. But recent news has stirred some interest back on the company as Virgin Galactic completed its long-awaited first commercial spaceflight, called Galactic 01, on Thursday.
On our technical data, Monthly Histogram has been consistently ascending this past few months -- now on its 6th month. Bubble up volume (bottom indicator) has appeared after almost two years of waiting (June 2021), 2nd one only for this year (Feb 2023, June 2023).
The gap between the last two ones is 2 years conveying that buyers are now anticipating price valuation for the company -- with the recent good news. The current price range will be the new base for incoming series of ascend.
Price is back at 1.0 FIB level on monthly -- a bargain that's hard to resist.
Spotted at 4.20
Safeguard capital always.

Virgin Galactic launches first-ever commercial space flight Space tourism company Virgin Galactic, founded by Sir Richard Branson in 2004, completed its long-awaited first commercial spaceflight, called Galactic 01, on Thursday.
Taking off from Spaceport America in New Mexico, the company’s spacecraft was flown by a pair of pilots and carried four passengers: a Virgin Galactic trainer, to oversee the mission from inside the cabin, and its first trio of paying customers. The three paying passengers are members of the Italian Air Force. The flight also carried 13 research payloads onboard.
Virgin Galactic’s start to commercial service comes after years of delays and setbacks. The company previously said if Galactic 01 was a success, it would plan to fly its second mission as soon as August and then aim to begin flying its spacecraft, VSS Unity, once a month.
Virgin Galactic stock fell 10% Thursday after the successful flight.

The company continues to raise capital to fund development of its coming Delta class of spacecraft, aiming to build a fleet of vehicles that can each fly at least once a week.
Virgin Galactic has a backlog of about 800 passengers. Many of those tickets were sold at prices between $200,000 and $250,000 over a decade ago, but the company reopened ticket sales two years ago, with pricing beginning at $450,000 per seat.
SPCE key levelSPCE is on a downward trend, (it failed the asymmetrical triangle) but is there a possible reversal on the horizon?
BJ Level indicator and the long wick candle near it gives possibility that the downward trend may be broken in the future.
Also, around last month this time it had some greenish activity.
The SRSI numbers are low, but it does have a positive cross over.
Have a nice day
SPCE - Short Squeeze BreakoutSPCE appears to have a decent uptick in these recent days.
The resistance at the $7.00 - $7.10 range appears to be shorts trying to maintain sell pressure. However, this stock is growing in interest, peoples screeners are picking it up/retail is beginning to notice the setup. Ideally we see a fast move to the $10 range soon, no major resistance points till the Neckline ridge.
A note:
Once SPCE hist the $10 mark, it will effectively be up 100% from the All-Time-Low it made just 2-3 weeks ago, this could begin a cascade of a squeeze that could move very hard and very fast, highest I can see is $14.00 as shorts in the $7.00 range here will expend a lot of capital to maintain their positions.
The Painful Years of Doomscrolling Are Coming to an End: UpdateMade a throw in the 5th wave. Most likely a reversal.
Virgin Galactic's Arguments:
Virgin Galactic claims that Boeing performed substandard work and did not provide all the required data. The company also asserts that it has rights to use the transferred trade secrets according to the contract. If Virgin Galactic can convincingly prove that Boeing indeed performed inadequately and that the transferred information rightfully belongs to Virgin Galactic or is used legally, the court may rule in their favor.
Chances of Success:
Quality of Evidence: Strong documentary evidence of Boeing's poor performance and confirmation of intellectual property rights.
Legal Strategy: Skillful legal defense and counterarguments that can persuade the judge of Virgin Galactic's position.
History of Lawsuits: If Boeing has a history of losing similar cases, this could strengthen Virgin Galactic's position.
Impact of Recent Events: The results of the CST-100 Starliner's mission to the ISS, which began on June 5 and was supposed to last eight days until June 13, 2024, will also significantly influence the outcome of the legal case.
Forecast:
Predicting the exact chances is difficult without a detailed analysis of all the case materials. However, if Virgin Galactic's evidence and arguments are convincing, the company has a real chance of success.
Updates:
Starliner's Extended Stay:
NASA reported that the Starliner's stay at the ISS has been extended and it will not leave the station before June 22. This extension may impact the ongoing legal proceedings between the companies.
Potential Boeing Scandal:
American astronauts are stranded on the ISS due to a malfunction of the Boeing Starliner spacecraft. During the flight, four engines failed simultaneously, and before the departure to Earth, the astronauts discovered a significant helium leak, which is essential for the fuel system's operation. NASA is currently exploring the possibility of a rescue operation; however, the astronauts have limited time: the spacecraft can remain docked to the station for only 45 days.
These issues with the spacecraft could negatively impact Boeing's position in the legal case and improve Virgin Galactic's chances of success.
