HODL 🚨 Questioning the $3.50 Private Placement – Where's the Proof?Can anyone confirm this so-called $3.50 private placement? I’ve searched SEDAR+, OTCQB, and Sol Strategies’ IR site — nothing shows up. No filings, no press releases, no material change report. If this was real, wouldn’t it be disclosed already? 🤔
Feels very misleading to throw around a number like that without evidence — especially when it influences fear-based selling. Happy to be proven wrong, but until someone links a source, I’m calling this speculative at best.

CYFRF SOL > 190 today this should move up anytime ....hold on!CYFRF acquiring validators is like MSTR acquiring mining rigs. It’s not as profitable as borrowing dollars and buying SOL and staking.CYFRF with staking ETFs and a more aggressive player in DFDV, this stock has lost its luster. Wish I exited closer to $2. Ugh.
