Broke out channel: On a daily time frame, at the start of Nov 2021 the priceline of Dent started the formation of a down channel. After testing the price support of $0.029, Dent finally broke out the resistance of this channel with powerful divergence. Now there is two major upcoming resistance in the way of Dent. One is $0.055 and the next will be $0.075. $0.075 can be key resistance. Daily oscillators: It can be also observed that on the daily time frame RSI and stochastic both oscillators were oversold and now both turned bullish together. Bother oscillators are also showing bullish divergence. Weekly stochastic: On the weekly time frame, the stochastic has given buying signal from the oversold zone. It can be noticed that whenever stochastic enters the oversold zone and turns bullish, the priceline follows the signal and start big rallies. Therefore, this time we can expect another big move. DENT - Easy Double BottomDent is fast approaching a double bottom level where we may see price bounce off aggressively like it did in late July. For confirmation of bearish reversal, you can wait for the break of the red descending trendline. It is possible to take short term short trades back to the double bottom but there will be limited gains. The bigger move will be the move up. DENT trying to claim the main bullish channel back.You can see the symmetrical triangle, DENT bullish momentum is not quite there yet but we're close to the main bullish channel from 2020. Claiming back the symmetrical channel would be great news for dent, this would mean that we're back in a bullish scenario. Also claiming back all the moving averages will be key, slowly but surely I think it's possible. BTC in the other hand is trading sideways and pumping not supper hard, but as long as we don't dump, I can see a bright future for DENT. As always this could fail, but I'm hopeful overall.
