Emaar Properties PJSC engages in the development of real estate properties. The company operates through the following segments: Real Estate, Leasing & Related Activities, and Hospitality. The Real Estate segment develops and sells condominiums, villas, commercial units and plots and lands. The Leasing & Related Activities segment develops, leases and manages malls, retail, commercial and residential spaces. Hospitality segment develops, owns and manages hotels, serviced apartments and leisure activities. Emaar Properties was founded by Mohamed Ali Rashed Al-Abbar on June 23, 1997 and is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
