Looks pretty strong to me. Love seeing the RSI pummeling through the 50 area, yellow circle. Not the best looking but it is still an INVERSE HEAD & SHOULDER, bottom forming of it breaks through, more conviction if heavy volume. DOGEUSD will trade sideways for another 6 months at least.Dogecoin (DOGEUSD) is trading on its 1W MA50 (blue trend-line), practically consolidating ever since the massive rejection of October 24 2022 on the 1W MA100 (green trend-line). This sideways price action is serving as the Bull Cycle's Accumulation Phase, before the final parabolic rally that will take DOGE to a new All Time High. This is at least the pattern that was followed in the previous two Cycles. The date range from the top of the previous Cycle to roughly the end of the Accumulation Phase and the start of the Parabolic Rally has historically been 150 weeks (1050 days). Additionally, we are in an upward channel, which has been - respected since 2014 . > In the beginning / middle of 2021 - we broke out of this "temporarily". > Since the beginning of 2022, we are on the way to the "trend channel center line" and could reach it shortly. > The "trend channel center line" represented a "point of interest" in the past, which means that a final bottom is not that unlikely. > The current "falling wedge" converges with the "middle line", which provides further support. Looking at the MACD in the daily chart, a divergence formed since September this year. > This would even support a bullish thesis, before the point of contact of the "middle line" and the "falling wedge", however, such a divergence cannot yet be found on the higher time levels. THIRD PART CONCLUSION "The past repeats itself, however it does not have to." With the current "macroeconomic" environment, at best, one can make guesses as to how the markets will behave in the coming weeks / months. > Nevertheless, keep in mind the repeating pattern. What would again support the thesis of a near "local bottom" are the emerging rumors of large accumulations (hedge funds / sovereigns) . With the Not A Security ruling today for XRP, market participants are extrapolating that other coins like DOGE are not securities either, which is adding fuel to the fire of the short squeezes already under way. This may be the inflection point we have been waiting for. If can continue closing above its Yearly Open then first quarter retracement of the whole move (.092) is within reason. Notice how mid of range from lows to first quarter retracement is at same approximate price as Yearly Open.
