Starting to close above opens up the door for a swift ascent to the next relevant higher time frame level, which is .092
We can also draw an ascending triangle (.07 base and .081 resistance) to get a breakout target of .092

There is limited downside risk as we've been basing for ~18 months and to the upside not much resistance between here and .13, which is the first quarter retrace of the whole move from peak to trough
