EURNOK - Potential Bullish Reversal!Hello everyone, if you like the idea, do not forget to support with a like and follow.
EURNOK is approaching a strong support in green so we will be looking for buy setups.
on H4: EURNOK is forming a trendline in red but it is not valid yet, so we are waiting for a new swing high to form around it to consider it our trigger swing. (projection in purple)
Trigger => Waiting for that swing to form and then buy after a momentum candle close above it (gray zone)
Meanwhile, until the buy is activated, EURNOK would be overall bearish can still trade lower inside the support before going up.

EURNOK UpdateEuro vs Norwegian Krona, which is stronger?? The former which has gained headwinds from a weaker US dollar as a result of Omicron spread threatening global recovery, or the latter which is an oil linked currency which will gain strength from global reopening?
My Bet, the latter. My first TP from the December highs has been hit. A break below the 50 Day moving average puts the second TP within reaching distance.

EURNOK- Norway Increases Interest RatesNorway's central bank raised its benchmark interest rate on Thursday as widely expected, and said more hikes were likely next year although that would depend on the impact of a surge in coronavirus infections and the emergence of the Omicron variant.
Norges Bank's monetary policy committee raised the sight deposit rate to 0.50% from 0.25%, its second hike in three months, as predicted by 20 out of 22 economists polled by Reuters and in line with the central bank's own plan.
