AEX looks very bullish - keep accumulating!The AEX looks very bullish. The AEX has been moving in a channel since March 2020 and the bottom was reached quite recently. It looks like this support line is being respected and that the way is clear to go up again. According to my theory, we are on the eve of 1995 and when I look at how the AEX behaved at that time, there are nice similarities to be seen. I copied the green lines (dots) from that time to the present (the lines are identical in percentage!). If this pattern repeats itself, the AEX will now rise by approximately 29% (before a more serious correction occurs). Coincidentally, this matches the resistance line exactly. In addition, the RSI also looks bullish. If the price develops accordingly, I will continue to update the graph in due course. Very interesting.

AEX working out a Daily Higher Low, continuation of the uptrend?The AEX and other European indices have lagged behind their American counterparts in recent weeks. Is this a lasting trend, or will the European indices also resume their upward path? The price movement of the AEX shows a corrective move on the Daily chart from the All-Time High reached last summer. So far, it appears to be a corrective move in the form of an ABC pattern, and as long as the price doesn’t close below the Daily Demand Zone, this scenario remains valid. The most likely outcome is still an upward movement, whether strong or weak. The Daily downtrend from the red B point displays a series of lower lows (LL) and lower highs (LH), indicating that we are still in a downtrend: When this pattern is broken, we’ll have confirmation that this downward movement is part of a corrective move rather than a larger downtrend. On the Hourly chart, we can assess this movement more closely: Since a downtrend doesn’t break previous highs (continuing to make LHs and LLs), the probability increases that a downward movement is completed when a previous high (LH) is breached. I’ve marked this area as the Hourly Supply Zone. A close above this level would indicate that the downward move is likely complete, suggesting that the corrective downward movement has also concluded. The most probable scenario, therefore, is that the current downward movement is nothing more than a corrective pullback within the larger uptrend, which should lead to another upward movement once the correction is complete. This scenario remains valid as long as the price doesn’t close below the Daily Demand Zone.

AEX Hit & MissAs in most nen ideas, the purpose of this ensemble is to try and catch potential pivot points, turnarounds, or bounces, at any of the individual shapes or levels, in a way that stands out from other possible random occurrences. The green curves are a main scenario for the direction of the price, but the actual path that unfolds can deviate from it before getting back on track. The end of the main scenario might play out differently than the last curve, but hopefully another pivot point will pop out before this project ends. Many pivot points that occur at the shapes in nen ideas are tradable and provide clear opportunities with good risk/reward radios, but as usual, no trading advice is given in these projects.
