FRA40 trade ideas
CAC 40A pennant on the daily chart has developed. Attempted to break during yesterday's session, but came back to close inside the structure. A clear break to the upside will suffice for me pull the trigger, but I might wait for the 200dma (which is on its way) to be cleared first; then my target will be 6,000.
Time to go long - CAC 40For the last 3 months, CAC 40 has been consolidating at the range , 4750 to 5166. With the latest stimulus , I expect the price action to break out of the box soon.
I will consider a short term trade once the breakout happens.
