The only reason this stock fell was because of interest rates, and their business model wasn't to savvy.
Interest rates will soon start to be cut, more than likely in September, and
Zillow and Redfin no longer provide the service, so the only offer given on Zillow now is from OpenDoor.
We're talking about a company that has an exclusive partnership with Zillow for cryin' out loud, what the hell are these fud posters talking about?

They just look at a stock like it's a damn slot machine, and have no clue about the actual business.
I AM a Real Estate investor, flipped several properties, "subject to" deals, and even wholesaled on a few properties. What OpenDoor is doing with that CashPlus Service is about to change the game.
So if your gonna FUD, at least FUD with some facts....
