Safe $ACM ShortACM is the most poorly positioned commercial construction company on the market on a financial and technical basis currently. We take advantage of a slow down in commercial building with commercial banking stress. ACM is only off 10% from highs currently only 6 weeks ago. ACM Book value is 4.52, 20% higher than its industry average. Profit margin is 7.81% for industry at 20.61%. 5 year declining revenue growth at -6% annum. Long term debt to equity is 110% to industry average of 80.5%. I think this could easily drop 50% into a recession. I have profit take at 33% support with stop loss just over highs at 14% for a RR of 2.39. I have a short position in ACM currently.

Entering long in equity derivatives - mid/short-term. Some of our algorithmic systems are entering long in global equities, mainly in Norway and in the US. Right now, the mid-term bullish trend is not completely consolidated, so the VaR allocated to each position is extremely slow. Our systems are entering at market prices with guaranteed trailing stops at 0.3% of our portfolio risk. If the systems compounds in a near future, they could open new positions at 0.5% of our portfolio risk. Nevertheless, they will never allocate too much into a long equities strategy, due to they are diversified between leveraged ETFs, A-book CFDs, spot FX, and exchange-traded derivatives.

ACM Divergence play could be stronger than the HD play!ACM or AECOM infrastructure and construction has just signed a deal to build infrastructure in the middle east. These guys are global! They already do a ton of business for our govt. If you havent looked at them before. Pull up a Daily chart and look at the run ups. This pulls a divergence using a macd on settings of 8-13-5. This is the setup Richard my millionaire mentor gave me. Everytime this stock drops down like this it immediately gaps up and runs to the last previous high and then repeats the move at about a 65% retracement bounce each time. Usually takes about a month to complete the move. SO give yourself sometime.
