It operates through the following segments: Holding, Imerys, Webhelp, Canyon, Affidea, Sanoptis, and GBL Capital and Sienna Investment Managers. The Holding segment manages investments, non-consolidated operating companies, and associates. The Imerys segment holds positions in performance materials, and high temperature and solutions business lines. The Webhelp segment specializes in customer experience and business process outsourcing. The Canyon segment consisting online Direct-to-Consumer (“DTC”) sales of premium bicycles, as well as the dedicated investment vehicle, GfG Capital Sàrl. The Affidea segment provider of advanced diagnostics and outpatient services, and the dedicated investment vehicles to Celeste Capital Sàrl. The Sanoptis segment provides services including surgeries and diagnostics, and the dedicated investment vehicles to Sofia Capital Sàrl. The Webhelp segment GBL Capital and Sienna Investment Managers including s investment’s activity, which includes investments in alternative funds and direct co-investments in private equity, as well as, under consolidated operating activities, the operating subsidiaries of AMB III. The company was founded on January 4, 1902 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
