Vestas turning bullish Given strong divergence on RSI, correlation on wave extensions, high volume below and EW count the target for the earnings date 5. feb is about 90.
From there Vestas is expected to turn bullish.
Beware that current P/E is about 250
There is some correlation to the Ørsted count

Recent pullback is a fine buying opportunity.
Maybe we bottomed and break the downtrend now,
Maybe we have a leg lower to ~120 - a chance to back up the truck.
In any case this one will AT LEAST double in value over the next 3 years.
Europe will make a lot of windmills in the next 3 years, it is vital for the future of European energy independence, so if you believe there is a future - then this is a good company to build a position in this winter.
Cheers.

VWS| Moving Average "trap zone"Hey all,
Since recovering from it's multi-month sell off, Vestas found strong support in early March at the 200-day MA, and has since been consolidating within a moving average "trap zone".
I have observed this pattern previously and on daily time frames, this sort of "coiling" will bring to a strong move up or down once the trap narrows, RSI seems to be developing a wedge pattern also, needing to chose a direction for the months to come.
VWS is currently trading below the 20, 50 and 100-day moving average, but has found support again at the 200-day MA recently.
I like this set up, although I would preferably be watching for a breakout above 275DKK for confirmation.
Downside risk is probably around the 200DKK mark.
Any thoughts?
Good luck!

VestasIt has broken a long lasting negative trend indicated by the trendlines and RSI and MacD. Though there seems to be a rotation from growth to value-stocks combined with the fact that all sustainable stocks seems to be old news. It may therefore take som time for the stock to recover, but it will most likely happen.
Why Vestas Wind Systems is more ready to buy than TSLA now.This asset's indicators and coinciding variables are more developed than Tesla's. They are noted for your own comparison.
This is educational and MY plan. Please do your own research and this is not advice, by any stretch.
This is THE anchor asset of many alternative energy mutual funds.
VWS | Correction complete?Hi all,
my previous chart on Vestas Wind Systems didn't quite go to plan. The stock price has just been ladderring down since it's 8th of January ATHs @1605 DKK, and I've gladly been picking up more shares on the cyclical troughs.
Now VWS is really looking for a turnaround. Some positives:
- We are finally sitting at a very strong support range @~1160 DKK, which is our first real support after this crashed through 1286 DKK;
- Price is approaching our long-term uptrend support, which hasn't failed since beginning in March 2020. If this support holds this could be a strong pop to the upside out of the multi-month Wedge formation;
- We can see what appears to be a Hammer candlestick in yesterday's close.
Some potential counterarguments to keep in mind:
- Moving Average positioning is significantly Bearish, and previous "breakout" proved to be a Bull trap, finding strong resistance on the 50-day Moving Average;
- There is a small gap which VWS might look to fill @~1100 DKK;
- RSI really need to improve, as it is currently at it's lowest in months but hasn't reached oversold territory, despite a ~27% drop from ATHs.
I already have a significant position in this name, would love to see this rally ~40% back to ATHs over the coming months - VWS sure is capable of it, and the company's push in offshore wind (which in my opinion will be a massive growth industry in the coming years) really gives me confidence in the Long Term.
Would love to hear your thoughts! OMXCOP:VWS

A wild guess. Its hard to to realize whats the future will bring for Vestas. For sure it will eventually hit 2000DKK but the question is when. Its not impossible to see it fall to 1000DKK due to high correction. before moving higher up. This setup is based on the Elliot waves that im not so into. and it have started correction up. This prediction is a mix of optimitic and pessimistic.
VWS | A true warrior on cyclical dips, will it repeat?Vestas Wind Systems (VWS) has been a top performer in my long-term portfolio. I have noticed that the stock trades sharply negative when it reaches overbought levels (RSI basis), dropping for a few days thereafter until the RSI recharges / normalizes for the next leg up.
In the previous instances this has occurred, the stock took about 20 - 30 days to recover the losses. Not terrible when we consider it then usually goes on to gain ~30% to set new ATHs.
If this repeats, Trend-based Fib Extension gives us a 1925 DKK price target
I'm no expert in Elliot Waves but looking at smaller time frames puts us at C on the ABC correction pattern, suggesting the beginning of the new wave to come.
The company has its ER on the 10th of Feb. This could prove extremely important for validating the Bull case, as outlined above (and with the green pattern), or potentially setting the stock on course for a Head & Shoulders top (Bear case, red pattern).
Looking forward to hear from their management, Green energy is on a tear and should continue through 2021 and VWS will most definitely be a beneficiary if so.
Any thoughts?
Thanks and Good luck to all
