GOLD 4H CHART ROUTE MAP UPDATEHey Everyone, Following on from yesterdays update, after clearing 2867, 2894 and 2924, we had no further cross and lock confirming the rejection for the move down into the lower Goldturns. We then stated that the lower Goldturns are providing support for the bounce and establishing a range between 2867 and 2924 and we will look for a test and cross and lock on either level to determine the next range. - This is still playing out, between the range we heighted, allowing us to safely buy dips. We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up. We will continue to buy dips using our support levels taking 30 to 40 pips. As stated before each of our level structures give 20 to 40 pip bounces, which is enough for a nice entry and exit. If you back test the levels we shared every week for the past 24 months, you can see how effectively they were used to trade with or against short/mid term swings and trends. Gold poised to extend rally to 3010 pointsHello traders, I want share with you my opinion about Gold. Looking at this chart, we can observe that a few days ago the price entered an upward channel and began to rise steadily. Shortly after, it climbed to the 2660 support level, which aligned with the buyer zone, and even broke through it. However, before making further progress, XAU corrected to the channel’s support line. Following this correction, the price retested the level and resumed its upward movement, eventually reaching the second support level located within a support area. Initially, there was another correction to the channel’s support line, but soon after, the price broke through the 2770 level as well and kept moving higher. Eventually, the price broke out of the first channel and transitioned into a new upward channel, where it reached the current support level, which also coincided with another support area. Gold managed to surpass the 2880 level and continued its bullish momentum. At the moment, the price is still climbing, and I anticipate that XAU will correct back to the channel’s support line before continuing its upward movement within the channel. For this scenario, I’ve set my TP at 3010 points, which aligns with the channel’s resistance line. Please share this idea with your friends and click Boost 🚀

As long as the price stays above 2938, the next target remains 2970 which is new high level. Sudden declines from elevated levels remain possible; however, a sustained bearish trend will only be confirmed if the price falls below 2983, in which case it is expected to fluctuate between this level and 2908. Once we see this, we look back at previous candles to identify the patterns in this phase: (1) preliminary resistance (2) the last buy (3) a retest to confirm support (4) confirm resistance without making a higher high. (5) Higher high (typically a FAKEOUT) We are waiting for the price to confirm the last step (6) to complete the pattern. If the price falls to SUPPORT, creating a LOWER LOWER, the Distribution Phase is complete. Expect gold turn to remain bearish. Falling as low as 2815.
