The B2C and B2B segment focuses on the provision of digital television transmission signal, mobile, Internet access, mobile TV, online TV services, set-top boxes production and assembly of photovoltaic installations. The Media segment involves the production, acquisition, broadcasting of information, and entertainment programs, TV series and feature films broadcast on television, radio and Internet channels in Poland. The Real Estate segment includes the implementation of construction projects, sales, rental, and management of owned and leased properties. The Green Energy segment involves in the production and sale of energy from renewable sources, construction of a complete hydrogen-based value chain as well as investments in projects focused on the production of energy from photovoltaics and wind farms. The company was founded by Zygmunt Solorz-Zak on October 30, 1996 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
