The Silver Exchange segment provides professional electronic platform, related services for silver trading and trading of silver ingots. The Fresh Food Retail segment integrates online-and-offline sales of fresh food and also provides related electronic platforms and branding and SaaS (software as a service) services along the agricultural supply chain. The company was founded by Chen Wan Tian in 2002 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
