INJ contraction into volatilityINJ is my largest holding still although it sometimes fights with RNDR. These candle formations show high levels of conviction, buyers and sellers want to stay close to current price action. Since we are in price discovery I got rid of the fib retracements and added a fib extension. A battle for the golden fib (45ish$) ensues. I wouldnt be surprised to see another candle like the one on dec. 18th. Regardless, INJ remains very bullish and still one of my top picks for 2024.

●Holding the Midpoint of the Daily FVG is good for INJ to stay bullish and print another ATH.
●If INJ lost $33.449 level then INJ might visit $29 and even $25 levels

It is potentially trending up higher with increase of strength and momentum.
INJUSDTBased on choppy price action on INJUSDT in the past 2 days, I reckon the current market bias is influenced strictly by BTC's move. INJ has cooled off for a bit but if the current area of resistance is broken decisively, I can see INJ rally to the $45-50 range.

Trading volume peaked January 2023, almost a year ago.
From January 2023 through this day, December 2023, trading volume has been dropping.
The RSI peaked late October while INJUSDT just hit a new high today, producing a strong bearish divergence.
Divergences with the oscillators tend to happen preceding a change of trend.

INJ LONGThis is the potential path of INJ from an EW perspective. I don't recommend shorting this as it may grab liquidity to the upside and will print a running flat. The best technique is to wait for the 4th wave to complete itself then execute a long trade. For confirmations, you should at least see a h.div between the 4th of the 3rd wave and the 4th wave of a higher degree. You should also be seeing a regular reversal div on the C wave of the 4th wave if it will create an ABC.
