IOST - the run before big announcementIOStoken has an announcement that is scheduled for tomrorow, the 9th. I won't play the speculation game here and try to guess what the announcement is but the CEO has been spending quite some time in Korea. Is it a new partnership? A new exchange? Who knows, only time will tell. A rising wedge is depicted in my graph and I believe we'll retrace back a bit to the 480s before finishing off point E of the wedge before taking off. My target pre-announcement is around 600 sats. There will no doubt be a dip prior to the release of the news, and depending on the news... IOStoken can skyrocket or dump hard if the news does not match the hype. Regardless, IOS is a longterm investment for me so small price fluctuation will not matter much.

IOSTBTC breakout tradeIOST has been performing extremely well lately, and is now forming an ascending triangle pattern. As you can see it broke out of my previous trade pretty quick, due to the state of the bullish trend.
Trade it on your own risk with an entry on the bottom of the triangle with a stop loss underneath, or trade the breakout (convincing with volume) with a stop loss underneath what the current resistance line which may turn support.
Targets are the next three resistance points. I don't consider the first one a significant resistance line, though it might bounce back off to correct.
Don't forget stop losses - we all know what happens when BTC starts making trouble in the neighbourhood. Happy trading.

IOST/BTC 09.04.2018After ABC correction, the prices bounces from the target zone. I'll wait for break out and trend confirmation. Ichi indicator doesn't look bad (price is below the conversion and base lines, but future Kumo is still green, TK cross is bullish, candles are closing inside the cloud, so edge-to-edge strategy is possible). If market sentiment is positive, we can see more upside. This coin moves very organically, no struggle in charting
IOST seeing a bounce hereI'm no financial advisor just giving my opinion. I see a nice bounce up to 600-700 then a dip down to 500 range for consolidation.

IOSTBTC CUP AND HANDLE PLUS 2 BULL FLAGS!!I know I am finding this a little late but am still going to share it because of the bullish potential I still see. As you can see on the 4 hour IOST/BTC chart we have a cup and handle that I have marked the targets for as well as back to back bull flags that have formed. I think this may actually go a little past the cup and handle target due to the length of the bull flag pole. We do want to keep a close eye on the MACD it is very close to showing a bearing divergence but it is so slight and is more than likely due to the consolidation we are seeing in the bull flags. I will place two targets here one based off the cup and handle and a second off the bull flag. Good luck and happy trading!!
Tea time? IOST has nowhere to go but up from here. Expecting huge gains from this little gem.

On the other side, we see the price is moving in an ascending channel on 15 minutes time-frame.
So let's see if it can break out the handle in the next 60 minutes (which is kinda early, imho). if yes, we can expect the target profit zone to be 640-650sat.
If it can not, a short entry might be a good choice.
