CBL: $0.31 Target Next Round AgainThis has been happening over and over, but I think CBL is ready for its next bullish retest and positive retracement round. It has been picking up support at this very recent dip. As always, proceed with caution and invest at your own risk. Do your own due diligence and everything I say is on an opinion based basis.

Get Ready for the CBL BreakoutCBL is one of those stock finds where from the outside, it has been beaten up alot. If you want to talk about somebody that was hit from Covid, CBL is one of those stocks. The real estate market, especially when looking at malls and commercial spaces, isn't doing so good. That being said, I think as a long entry, the risk isn't too high given $0.17 is around a neutral point. This could pick some positive support levels and continue growing, and likely when key resistance is popped, you can see a large profit turnover opportunity. That being said, everything I say is on an opinion based basis. Please proceed with cation and invest at your own risk. Do your own due diligence.
Mid term , this is a buy stock All trends show an upward movement , depending on the covid situation I personally believe this should be around 1.5 usd somewhere in August. If covid situation worsens then we will see them bankrupt. SO trade with care and remember this is my personal trade not a suggestion ...

Trader Comments on the forcasted setup:
Crossing up the trendline, and passing the reversal line and the ema and ma 200, 100, the trend for this compagnie
CBL parallel channel, double bottom, short squeeze possibilityCBL and Associates Properties, Inc. has been in a long-term downtrend, and I don't think I'd want to own this stock long-term. Analysts are fairly bearish, and the stock has a history of missing earnings estimates.
For the last month, however, it's been in an uptrend. It broke a downward trendline, and most recently it's formed what looks like a double bottom. Short interest is high, setting up the potential for a short squeeze. That tells me this could see channel top again in the relatively near future at 1.29 or above.
There's support at 1.02, so that's a good price to buy with stop limit at 1.01. Alternatively, you could hold out for a purchase closer to channel bottom with below-channel stops.
As always, this is simply an idea as to how the market will move, not investment advice.
CBL has put in a HH, can it follow through?Technically Speaking
Two good things are happening in my view. The stock has held the 50% retracement and the 21 WMA. Bulls should be looking for move above the $14 level. As noted on the chart, there is a lot of air until the next supply level towards $20.
Fundamentals
Here is a summary of the company
Here is a nice write-up from Seeking Alpha

What to do?
First, ask is this a trade or a core holding? What is your time frame?
If long or looking to get long, I would hold for a move toward the $14 level.
I would liquidate the position under $10.50
Should I buy?
* Is it trading at an important technical level that is obvious?
* Is the R/R in your favor?
* What is the likelihood this company will either go bankrupt or it's products or services become obsolete?
* How much debt do they have?
* If heavily indebted, how much is coming due in the next 3-5 years? Can they cover their debt payments based on reasonable analysis?
* Will their product or service become obsolete? This really is too hard to say, too many things looked obvious in hindsight, think Blackberry 0.27% -0.80% -0.34% . However, I think it is constructive to think about, especially if you are planning to hold a stock for the long term.
Risk
* For individual securities, risk no more than 3% as a starting position. You can always add later.
* Write down a price level that you will consider liquidating all or part of the position.
* What is a reasonable price target?
Execution
* Write down the answers to the questions above and if you can answer yes to all of them, take the trade.
OVER THE LONG TERM, THE WAY TO WIN IS TO HOLD ONTO YOUR WINNERS, AND CUT YOUR LOSERS. IT IS AS SIMPLE AND AS HARD AS THAT.
As always, please leave any comments or questions.
