IVR Thoughts on this? Consolidation between 8$ and 10$ since November 2023 and some strong buying when below 8$. I could see it retest the resistance at 9.50$ and if breaks through this level, 10$ mark is achievable. Falling rates, can also be considered as a tailwind for future performance.
