iomart Group Plc is a holding company, which engages in the provision of managed cloud services. It operates through the Easyspace and Cloud Services segments. The Easyspace segment offers a range of shared hosting and domain registration services to micro and SME companies. The Cloud Services segment includes managed cloud computing facilities and services, through a network of owned data centers, to the larger SME and corporate markets. The segment uses several routes to market including iomart Cloud, Infrastructure as a Service, Cristie Data, Sonassi, LDeX, Bytemark, and Memset. The company was founded by Angus MacSween and William Dobbie in December 1998 and is headquartered in Glasgow, the United Kingdom.
