SPCE - Time to reach new All Time Highs!Hello guys, thank you all for tuning in!
I am going to divide the analysis into 4 parts, so we can go deeper into the trading idea!
Technicals:
- The price completed the Cup and Handle pattern on the 1H chart and went from 34$ to 44$ and even higher.
- SPCE broke through the Daily Triangle shown on the chart with enormous volume and the next target is 50$.
- The pullback is to be expected to 40$ - 30$. The price has soared too fast! The RSI is overbought on the 1H, 4H, and Daily charts and we have a Divergence.
- After the pullback, the Daily Triangle pattern has a target of 70$.
Fundamentals:
- ARKX is the new Space ETF, created by Cathy Woods. It had a huge contribution to the jump in price.
- There are many rumors about SPCE being included in the ETF. Cathy has been aggressively increasing her position and believes in the company Long Term.
- SPCE is most likely going to be in the top 3 positions of ARKX, so this will drive the price even higher.
- The problem with the engine has been identified and is going to be taken care of. A new test flight is to be expected in February.
- There are going to be a few more test flights driving the price up.
- Somewhere between March and April, Sir Richard Branson is going to fly into space and be the first Space Tourist. This will be huge for SPCE, the target will be 100$.
Conclusion:
Virgin Galactics is an extraordinary company. They are creating a whole new industry of Commercial Space Travel, so the returns, if they succeed, are going to be enormous.
This stock in my opinion is an extremely Long-Term investment. I would say it is a speculative stock and right now, they are on the right path!
My price predictions:
- 1 year: 150$ - 200$
- 3 years: 300 - 500$
- 5 years : 500$ - 1000$

SPCE retrace before achieving the next levelI am targeting a 28.00 entry on it. Then a hold to 62. Overall bullish. Think they have a flight in the second week of Feb that could catalize next leg up.

Cup and HandleEstimated Earnings 2-25..
Small divergence on daily but not on the weekly timeframe..
Hammer on monthly and weekly, as well as daily timeframes and is opening a bit higher on Monday..
ABC bullish pattern also still kicking..
Not a recommendation..
Short interest is high, very high..Shorties are not always right and could actually have contributed to the price rise..
It looks as if accumulation took place down under 15 as NV is flat. By no means does this mean this can not go higher, but Mr Market has most likely been selling off and on throughout this rally and probably has some more to sell at the top. Hard to know because he never behaves the same way twice, but will add just enough variation to present a challenge.
Just do not let him give you the very rope that you could hang yourself with (o: Be safe..
Long Bullish SPCE - Fundamentally, I'm bullish (long position) on this.
With the mothership flight test success, and the hope of spaceplane future flight test
could be a baby step heading in the right direction.
Additionally, the recent SpaceX news could also pump all the space industry.
However, TA is showing an island reversal at $29.2 areas (potential for gap fills).
Over 34.8 for a call tg1 36 tg2 37.5 (daytrade)

Can SPCE invent an alternative type of rocket fuel?Pretty obvious. It's a rocket company, there are some shorts. You don't short the future. They don't know they are the fuel.
Just buy some overexpensive calls and retire.
SPCE breaking outWhether you say we are emerging from a Cup and Handle which is surely the case, or we are breaking out of a Triangle it doesn't really matter. All that matters is we are going on a ride up :)
Cup and Handle on SPCEHuge cup and handle forming on $SPCE, also, a pennant at the top too. Waiting for more confirmation wether it be a fully handle formation or a breakout of the pennant. Play accordingly.
