It operates through the following segments: Civil Engineering and Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Property Development, and Others. The Civil Engineering and Construction segment is invovled in the undertaking of construction contracts. The Energy segment focuses on contractor, sub-contractor, fabrication, assembly, renewable energy, deliver green electricity and testing works, trading and after-sales service of products and power generation, power solution for oil and gas industries. The Manufacturing segment manufactures steel products. The Property Development segment refers to property investment. The Others segment represents non-reportable segments comprised of investment holding, telecommunications, and money lending business which are below the quantitative thresholds for determining operating segments. The company was founded by Ching Kee Tan on September 15, 2004 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
