Destini Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of integrated engineering solutions. It operates through the following segments: Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Training; and Marine Construction. The Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Training segment maintains, repairs, and overhauls aviation, marine, automobile, and safety and tubular handling equipment and providing training for the use of safety equipment. The Marine Construction segment manages the shipbuilding, and restoration and maintenance of vessels. The company was founded in December 2005 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
