The MRO Services segment includes logistics/chartering, engineering, operation, and maintenance services relating to the energy sector. The Investment Holdings and Others segment involves investment holdings and management services activities. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
