FRONTKN - History Weakness To Repeat?FRONTKN

Hammer rose from middle BB, positive but this yet to confirm the newly bearish break down is being neutralised. And not to frighten you, I believe this yellow box formation is going to repeat.
Semicon time From the evaluation of the peers, UWC, frontkn involve with the semiconductor.
This simple analysis keep the support at RM2.6, resistance at RM2.71.
In the long position, new TP will be crossing the RM3.07 as the new high will be broken in near future.

The Problem With Short Term ThinkingFrontken is one of the stock that I has been calling for since 2015. This company is net beneficiary of the semiconductor wave. The interesting thing is, the bulk of its rally happened in 2018 and 2019 during which the market is sideway. It has a slightly different business cycle but regardless has given its shareholders tremendous reward.
The reasons why I gave up teaching and investing to people is because people are impatient. Most people wants to make quick buck and wants to make a lot of money in short term. Yes you can, without taking too much risk.
I have totally give up on people. There are great people out there who wants to make money, they will figure it out. You need to experiment, learn, learn coding, do some data analytics, machine learning, A.I, to learn how to make money in financial market and you need to look at things in global scene.
Most people just give up when I told them you need to figure out on your own, nobody is going to spoon fed you. I myself learnt from other people half-baked newsletters and blog posts. I still don't understand fully how Martin Armstrong cycle works but I experiment and figure it out on my own and I try to do my own interpretations.
The point is, you need to figure it out. I am UNWILLING to teach people and make money from that. There is too much haters, death threats. I am done. That's why I will never read any commends or private messages, because I don't want to mess up my mind.
I am doing fine and will be doing other things in my life. it is an unfortunate reality but that's how life works.
The point is, you need to look at long term trend and jump into it. If a stock can do 20x in few years, why not just focus on that versus you want to make quick buck here and there. Worst is to use leverage/margin/debt/other's people money and taking TOO MUCH RISK. Investing and trading can be done WITH TAKING MINIMAL RISK. In fact, i personally think that there is NO REASONS for people to hold cash UNLESS they are waiting to buy great companies at a discount or pullback. To some degree. Holding cash only works once every 10 years.
We already had that corrections and that is done deal, time to put some money at work. I have learnt the lessons that I know purchasing power will continue to go down. Real estate will never go down, foods prices will never go down. Deal with it, learn how to invest/trade long term and make your money works.

As of now the price is moving steadily towards the all time high with major resistance appearing at few points long the historical COVID-19 gap down area. The opportunity we should take is that the price move aligned closed to the support area with steady volume coming to push the price up.
As the history will repeat itself, potential of 45% return to the resistance of ATH at RM4.86.

It managed to climb back above EMA50 and 200
FrontKen bounce 45% since BoD on 25 Mar. It shows strong interest amongst the traders.

Confirming evening star reversal and testing EMA200 level
FiFT turned RED and Overbought.
Stay aside and wait for forming new support around 1.8-1.835
Can consider buyback when FiFT turned GREEN at right support level.

Green candle pushed the stock for new round of symmetrical triangle breakout, RSI back to northward trajectory. MACD stay strong. Further upside shall be unlocked in tandem with rising Bollinger Band.
How high can Frontken (0128.kl) go?- Frontken has been on an Uptrend for some time. I did write about it months ago (click on the link below).
- In the recent chart, we see that the price is trying to break Resistance @ RM1.67.
- At the time of writing, we see an LC breaking through this Resistance at its 3rd attempt.
- If this is a genuine break, volume must be high and price will then do a pullback just above the Resistance line.
- One should not trade based on emotions. Let's wait and see the progress after few days.
Frontken is entering a pullback or downtrendBased on Frontken chart, it is still in upward trend.
Somehow based on technical indicator, ADX strength is on a decreasing trend and RSI also indicated a similar pattern.
Therefore the livelihood of going pullback or downtrend is high.

- Price: Mixed w/ wide spread on upbar.
- Volume: High vol on upbar.
b) Market Stage:
- Price may be in 2nd round of Accumulation (S1).
- This is after 27% markup from Support 1 within 2 weeks.
c) Trend Line:
- Price is currently moving within an Uptrend line with strong Sign of Strength (green arrow).
- It's trading range is between 79.5sen (old Resistance turn Support 2) to 89sen (new Resistance level).
Remarks:
There are 2 possibilities at this point of observation:
a) Price will do a pullback before moving up. To see this, it needs to break the Resistance level.
b) Price will move sideways (2nd round of S1) before continue its up move again.
