Revenue Group Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of cashless payment solutions. It operates through the following business segments: Electronic Draft Capture (EDC) Terminals, Electronic Transaction Processing, and Solutions and Services. The EDC Terminals segment includes distribution, deployment, and maintenance. The Electronic Transaction Processing segment involves the services for credit and debit cards, and electronic money payment scheme; and acts as acquirers, master merchants, and third-party acquirers and processors. The Solutions and Services segment focuses on information technology and network infrastructure. The company was founded by Chee Siong Ng, Shih Chiow Ng, and Shih Fang Ng in 2003 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
