BloomZ Announces Upcoming Live Performance Featuring Artist luz
BloomZ Inc. ("BloomZ" or the "Company"), a Japanese anime production, audio production, and voice actor management company, has signed a management consignment agreement based on a business partnership with ESPERANZA Inc. (ESPERANZA), to oversee the activities of artist luz, who belongs to ESPERANZA. We are pleased to announce that luz will hold a live performance, "luz LIVE 'REBORN'", at Shinagawa Intercity Hall in Tokyo on Sunday, December 29, 2024.
– Capacity: 1,100 people (Imagine the revenue this could bring!)

They’ve also strengthened partnerships with CrossVision Inc. and sonilude Inc., tapping into Web 3.0 and sound production to enhance their content. Plus, with a USD 30 million investment from White Lion Capital, BloomZ is well-funded to take on even more projects in both anime and the growing VTuber space. Exciting times ahead!

Primary Animation Production Role: BloomZ was selected as the primary contractor for the anime project "Kakushite! Makina-san!," which is set to air in 2025. In addition to production, BloomZ acquired several valuable rights, including overseas distribution, commercialization, and digital content rights for the project. This marks a major step for the company in expanding its footprint in the global animation market.
Strategic Collaborations: BloomZ is leveraging its partnerships with CrossVision Inc. and sonilude Inc. to further diversify its revenue streams. CrossVision’s expertise in Web 3.0 technology and sonilude’s reputation in sound production are key components in enhancing BloomZ’s development capabilities across the animation and VTuber sectors.
Positive Financial Outlook: With the recent selection as the primary production contractor and key rights acquisition, BloomZ is poised to generate revenue from multiple sources, including music, gaming, and event commercialization. These efforts are expected to significantly boost its growth potential as it aims to further establish itself in the highly competitive animation industry.
These developments are helping BloomZ position itself as a rising player in the global animation and entertainment markets, creating potential upside for investors.

BloomZ is more than just a voiceover company—it’s expanding its influence by handling merchandising, distribution rights, and casting for its anime projects. The company aims to become a leading anime production powerhouse in Japan, offering a one-stop solution for asset owners seeking high-quality anime content.
BLMZ’s share price has surged recently, reflecting growing investor confidence in its anime and VTuber businesses. With major projects on the horizon and a rapidly expanding VTuber segment, BloomZ’s growth potential remains strong, suggesting there’s still room for further upside.
